How input vendors and mechanisation providers reach farmers on Chondohub

Input vendors (seeds, fertilisers, crop protection, animal health products), mechanisation providers (tractor hire, planters, harvesters, drone spraying, irrigation services), cold storage operators, and logistics providers can apply to sell on Soko. Cooperatives and agrovets are also supported.

Vendors go through identity and business registration verification before their storefront goes live. Agrovets and equipment dealers with professional licences or regulatory registrations submit supporting documents. Verified vendors carry a badge on their storefront, visible to all farmers browsing the marketplace.

Farmers add items to a shared cart and check out with locally supported payment methods. Orders are assigned to the vendor, who confirms availability and fulfils through the platform-coordinated logistics network or local pickup arrangement. Vendors receive a same-day payout on completed orders to their preferred account.

Listing is free. Chondohub charges 10% on completed Soko sales. There are no monthly vendor subscription fees.

Vendors on Soko reach farmers who are already active on the platform — with verified farm records, known crop and livestock profiles, and AI-generated purchasing signals. A farmer who has just been flagged for a pest outbreak is a more qualified prospect than an untargeted general audience.
